The District generally meets on the fourth Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. at the Activity Center at Founders Park, 1460 North Teralyn Hills Drive, Willis, Texas 77318.

The District is located entirely within the City of Conroe. The City owns, operates and maintains the streets and water/sewer facilities serving the District. The City also provides garbage/recycling services, as well as police, fire and other emergency services.
